First-rate and fairly clean place with amazingly helpful and attentive staff. A wide range of slices of fresh bread and fruit at breakfast. Peaceful location in Istanbul close to the main international airport and Taksim.

Splendid views, truly enjoyed comfortable setting.
The staff were ABSOLUTELY COURTEOUS and very hospitable, gave us great tips. The room we had included good free WiFi, a balcony, and a terrace. The breakfast was large and exceptional, had a lot of food.

The room was gorgeous with a comfortable bed and a range of pillows. The hotel has a 24-hour fitness room and offers assistance with exchanging money and sending postcards. The front desk staff is helpful. They also provide a free shuttle to and from Ataturk airport. In the morning, they bring free water, tea, or coffee to your room.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the great restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious and the dining experience was wonderful. Additionally, the hotel offered a traditional Turkish spa with a Turkish bath, massage services, a swimming pool, and a gym. This was a great advantage as it allowed me to relax and rejuvenate during my stay. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were super friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. the hotel staff made me feel like I was bothering them whenever I asked for anything, including directions.

the hotel was a good choice for enjoying an industrialised area, right by the airport, the shopping area and a big shopping center. the breakfast was enjoyable with a good choice of dishes. all the personnel was very amiable. quiet location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. european side district was worth visiting.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and bathrooms spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa, pool, and sauna which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast provided a wide variety of items and choices, and the staff was always ready to please, with polite and well-mannered service. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport and conveniently near a shopping center.
